The F5 art director and myself worked with the HR Department to organize all their responsibilities into three different categories: careers, community, and rewards. We then devised and presented a visual hierarchical system to represent these different aspects. Our final result was well received and succeeded by differentiating with color, pattern, and a three part icon that represents people working together.
