Sirens of Triton
As part of large-scale group art project, I was asked to create an alien language. Here's a section from the translation manual: "History has proven that the roots to all earth languages can be traced back to the ancient infuence of Triton. This makes translation rather simple. Each glyph represents an image of nautical origin that correspond directly to the phonetic sounds of earth characters. You will want to gain a rudimentary understanding of the glyphs to help you understand the information scattered around the ship and base control panels."
