Skill Shot is a free publication about pinball distributed throughout the Seattle area. Over time, many t-shirts have been created for events and for the enjoyment of readers. www.skill-shot.com
This logo design was created in celebration of the pinball game from 1993, Street Fighter II, but went back to the original 1987 video-game version for inspiration.
From 1988's Banzai Run (motorbike art by Mark Sprenger). Skill Shot lettering inspired by 1990's Radical! (art by John Youssi).
This clown comes from 1991's Party Zone (art by Greg Freres and Jerry Pinsler). The design was recreated in vectors and produced as a ridiculous 7-color screen print.
Having nothing to do with Disney's 1979 film, this shirt was inspired by 1981's Black Hole pinball machine (original art by Terry Doerzaph).
This Skill Shot logo is based on the hand-drawn letterforms from 1991's Hurricane (original art by John Youssi, and Python Anghelo). The orange and yellow inks were put on the screen at the same time, allowing the squeegee to create the blend. The white outlines used a thicker glitter-infused ink.
